01 Disposition

BRIKKS has extensive experience in managing structured sales processes for commercial real estate. This includes individual properties and portfolios, and both off-market and privately negotiated. We guide our clients through the entire process, from selecting the right disposition strategy to completing a successful transaction. 03 Sale & Leaseback

BRIKKS assists owners/occupiers in Sale & Leaseback transactions. We conduct negotiations with the aim of achieving an optimal sale price, while at the same time securing the lease conditions for the future occupier. In cooperation and consultation with our clients, we draft the lease terms, including the initial rent, lease term and type of contract.

04 Underwriting

We use our extensive valuation and capital markets expertise to provide financial and market analysis for commercial real estate transactions. We evaluate future cash flow and return projections and conduct in-depth market analysis to assess the viability of transactions and identify risks. We act as a sparring partner on valuation issues and have the knowledge, credentials, and extensive analytical expertise to be a sounding board for our clients’ appointed valuers.

05 Strategic portfolio analysis

BRIKKS advises clients based on in-depth market analyses aimed at optimising the portfolio. This includes advice on buying or selling properties to strengthen the portfolio, improve financing or increase the consistency of the real estate portfolio.
