The HEMA store is situated on the prime section of Grote Staat (an A-location), near the Vrijthof – one of the most well-known squares in the Netherlands – which offers a wide range of hospitality venues, terraces, and events. The surrounding area is characterised by a strong mix of national and international retailers, including Zara, Stradivarius, Pull & Bear, Cotton Club, Snipes, C&A, WE and ICI Paris, which underlines the location’s strong commercial profile.

The property comprises approximately 3,320 sqm of lettable floor area, spread over a basement, ground floor and three upper floors. The retail space covers 1,183 sqm on the ground floor and 1,156 sqm on the first floor, with entrances on both Grote Staat and Muntstraat. The upper floors also comprise 16 apartments.

The transaction was executed as a share deal.
