Amsterdam, 18 December 2025 – IEF has purchased the retail property at Vredenburg 152 in Utrecht on behalf of a family office. This distinctive property is located in one of the most prominent areas of Utrecht’s core shopping district.
It has been leased to Blue Phone for some time and comprises retail space on the ground floor, as well as warehouse and staff facilities on the upper floors. Blue Phone has operated at this location for around 15 years, specialising in smartphone and tablet repairs.
Vredenburg is considered one of the busiest shopping areas in Utrecht and is located on the walking route between the modern Hoog Catharijne shopping centre and the historic city centre.
