Amsterdam, 3 August 2026 – On behalf of the real estate fund Veersche Poort C.V., Nova Capital and 2Rocks Investment have sold the Veersche Poort Shopping Centre in Middelburg to UMB Group.
The shopping centre comprises approximately 3,400 sq m GLA, divided across twelve retail units. The centre is home to a variety of tenants, including well-known brands such as Albert Heijn, Kruidvat and Van de Ven Fashion, as well as several local specialty retailers. With its broad range of daily convenience amenities, the shopping centre serves as an important retail destination for the surrounding residential neighbourhoods.
The Veersche Poort C.V. real estate fund was established in 2016 for the acquisition and management of the shopping centre. With the sale to UMB Group, Nova Capital and 2Rocks Investment have successfully concluded the fund’s investment.
