The complex comprises six residential units, each with a surface area of approximately 78-84 m². Additionally, the sold property includes a vacant former supermarket with a surface area of around 1,700 m². The building also has 51 basement parking spaces.
The buyer intends to intensify the existing location with additional housing, in line with the current residential function and structural demand for housing in Groesbeek and the surrounding area.
This transaction confirms Metroprop’s focus on optimising its existing property portfolio.
