Amsterdam, 9 January 2026 – The French SCPI IROKO ATLAS has acquired the large-scale retail property located at Kleiweg 27 in Gouda from Bouwinvest Dutch Institutional Retail Fund.
The property is ideally located in the centre of Gouda’s historic city. Thanks to its historic city centre, complete with canals, courtyards and monumental buildings, Gouda boasts an attractive and compact city centre offering a strong combination of culture, shopping and leisure.
The property has been leased to H&M since 2012 and comprises retail space on the ground and first floors. Additional spaces are used as storage and staff rooms. The total leasable floor area is 1,508 m².
The Bouwinvest Dutch Institutional Retail Fund, which invests in the Dutch retail market on behalf of institutional investors in the long term, was advised by BRIKKS on this transaction. The buyer was commercially advised by ARC Real Estate Partners, technically advised by Ausems Vastgoed, and legally advised by CMS.
