The property is leased to Levi’s and comprises retail space on the ground floor and partly on the first floor, with a total lettable floor area of approximately 275 sqm. Levi’s has occupied the building for an extended period, operating its men’s, women’s and children’s clothing store in line with the Levi’s retail concept.
Langestraat is considered Amersfoort’s prime shopping street, hosting a mix of international and national retailers alongside the city’s characteristic historic buildings.
