Amsterdam, November 11th 2024 – A1 Vastgoed has acquired and successfully leased the retail space at Lange Elisabethstraat 10 in Utrecht to leading fashion label Meet Me There. The new store in Utrecht is Meet Me There‘s second store in the Netherlands, alongside its flagship store at 9 Straatjes in Amsterdam. With this new store, the fashion brand takes an important step in the Dutch market and underlines the strength of Utrecht as an absolute A1 location. Meet Me There will now focus on international growth, with Utrecht and Amsterdam as the two stores for the Netherlands.
Meet Me There is known for its successful mix of online and offline sales, serving customers both digitally and in-store. The expansion into Utrecht fits perfectly with their growth ambitions in the Netherlands, bringing their popular collection closer to customers in the middle of the country.
The transaction was acted on by real estate advisor BRIKKS on behalf of the seller. A1 Vastgoed, which specialises in high-quality retail properties in the major Dutch cities, is delighted with the acquisition.
