Amsterdam, 3 January 2025 – Newomij has sold four supermarket locations in Boskoop, Delfzijl, Nieuw-Lekkerland and Swifterbant to SynVest.
The portfolio includes three Albert Heijn supermarkets and a recently leased Hoogvliet supermarket. The Albert Heijn supermarkets are strategically located in Boskoop, Swifterbant and Delfzijl. The recently opened Hoogvliet supermarket is located in Nieuw-Lekkerland. The supermarkets range in size from 1,250 m2 to 1,600 m2 and all have an A energy label.
The seller was advised commercially by Cushman & Wakefield and BRIKKS and legally by Dentons. Buyer was advised commercially by Momentum Real Estate and legally by Act Legal.
